How it works
Three steps, and you never leave home

Book online
Choose your items, a collection day and a time window. Pay online (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and more; authorised now, charged only once we've checked your items) or on delivery.
- Step 2
We collect from your door
We text and email your order number. Write it on a label, attach it to your bag, and our driver collects it from your home or office.
- Step 3
Back to you, cleaned
We check and clean everything at our Watford shop and bring it back on your return day. Your invoice arrives by email.

Where do you collect from?
Homes and offices around our Watford shop. Enter your postcode on the home page or when you book to check. If we don't cover you yet, call or WhatsApp us and we'll see what we can do.
How does collection work?
Book online and choose a day and a time window. We text and email your order number: write it on a label, attach it to your bag and have it ready. We collect from your door, clean everything at our Watford shop and bring it back on your return day.
How do I pay?
Pay on delivery, or online (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and more) where it's offered. Paying online, we only authorise the payment when you book; we check your items at our shop and charge the final amount when we start cleaning. The collection and delivery fee and any minimum order are shown before you confirm, and your invoice is emailed when your laundry is delivered.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. You can cancel from your account until the evening before your collection day. After that, call or WhatsApp us and we'll do our best to help.
